Service Description

Prenatal yoga not only keeps you feeling active and fit during your pregnancy but will also help prepare the mind and body for labour, delivery, and motherhood. This session is ideal for beginners and a great way to combat many of the common discomforts that pregnancy can bring such as backache, sciatica, difficulty sleeping and anxiety. With this practice you will learn; postures and movements to ease discomfort in the body, abdominal and pelvic floor toning, breathing exercice, guided relaxation, and other helpful tools.
